Project Description：The project involved the application of Chinese-made centrifugal fans integrated with a Japanese-standardized environmental protection production line. As the core power equipment of the entire production line, the fans were primarily used in key links such as exhaust gas conveying, ventilation for the filtration system, clean air circulation, and tail gas discharge. They were fully adapted to the production line's 24-hour continuous and stable operation. The project owner selected professional centrifugal fans with high performance, high adaptability, and low maintenance rates to replace the original outdated fans, comprehensively optimizing the ventilation power system of the environmental production line.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the system achieved 24-hour uninterrupted operation with a comprehensive stability rate of over 99.8%. The operation was free from surging, air pressure fluctuations, or shutdown failures, achieving an operational stability improved by 75%. The project guaranteed the processing accuracy throughout exhaust gas filtration, dust adsorption, and tail gas emission, while maintaining an extremely low wear rate for vulnerable components, cutting annual costs for spare part replacement and maintenance by more than 50% year-on-year.
