Project Description：The project involved the supporting equipment upgrade of a local industrial coating production line in Brazil, and mainly applied in the core drying and curing section, and exhaust gas treatment section of the production line. It is essential for coating quality control and safe production. During the coating process, the sprayed workpiece will enter the drying and curing area to complete the paint film drying and curing. Our company's high-temperature fan mainly performs four core functions: high-temperature hot air forced circulation, even air supply, process exhaust, and paint mist and exhaust gas conveying. As the core power equipment for hot air circulation, drying and air supply, and process exhaust throughout the coating production line, the fans ensure the stable and efficient operation of coating process.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the comprehensive failure rate decreased by more than 92% year on year; the finished product pass rate of coating production line improved by 6.8%; the quality defects, such as batch color differences and inadequate curing, decreased by 85%; the drying time per batch was shortened by approximately 12%; the daily effective production capacity of the entire coating line increased by approximately 10%.
