Project Description：This project involved the comprehensive equipment for paint exhaust gas treatment in the coating workshop of a large construction machinery production base. A professional exhaust gas collection, conveying and treatment system was configured to treat the paint mist and high temperature VOC exhaust gas generated during construction machinery coating and drying processes. The system accommodates the complex continuous operating conditions with high load, high temperature and high humidity of the production line. The complete system operates stably with precisely matched air pressure and airflow rate, and successfully achieves the core objectives of compliant exhaust gas emissions in workshop, improved factory environmental conditions, and upgraded production safety.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the exhaust gas collection rate in the coating workshop reached ≥98%, and VOC and paint mist emission indicators remained consistently better than industry and local environmental emission standards. The problems of workshop exhaust gas escape and residual odors were completely resolved. The failure rate during continuous operation decreased to within 1%, fully meeting the 24-hour continuous operating requirements for production line.
