Project Description：The project involved the supply of special fans for the ventilation, dust removal, and high-temperature circulation of a Russian intelligent non-stick cookware production line. The processes of the production line included substrate pre-treatment, surface sandblasting and dust removal, coating application, high-temperature curing, hot air drying, and exhaust gas treatment. Given the complex production conditions and high demands for continuous operation, the project adhered to stringent industrial standards for core metrics such as ventilation capacity, high-temperature compatibility, stable operation, and environmental compliance. We customized a full range of core ventilation equipment including centrifugal and high-temperature fans for the production line. This equipment was fully adapted to the continuous and intelligent production rhythm, ensuring the efficient, stable, and compliant operation of the entire non-stick cookware production line.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the yield rate of finished non-stick cookware on the production line increased from 92.3% before the upgrade to 98.7%, representing an overall improvement of 6.4 percentage points. The project significantly reduced rework and scrap costs, ensured consistent quality for large-volume export orders, and boosted the line's comprehensive production efficiency by 12%, with monthly effective production capacity increasing by approximately 11.5%, fully meeting the customer's capacity needs for production expansion and sustained order fulfillment.
