Project Description：The project involved the supporting ventilation and air supply system for an intelligent coating line of large-scale machinery equipment in Vietnam. Focusing on the full-process production requirements of automatic spraying, drying and purification for large construction machinery and general machinery and equipment, the project was specifically equipped with our three core products: plug fans, centrifugal fans and air supply fans. Those fans offer the stable, efficient and safe ventilation, process air supply, exhaust gas discharge and airflow circulation support for the entire coating production line, helping local heavy equipment coating production in Vietnam upgrade toward standardized, high-quality and safe operations.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the uniformity of equipment coating surfaces improved by more than 35%, eliminating local uneven drying problems; The overall defect rate of coating products decreased from 8.2% before renovation to 2.1%, and defective product rework rate decreased by 74%, substantially reducing paint, auxiliary material and manual rework costs. The stability of protective exterior coatings on complete machines was significantly improved.
