Project Description：The project involved the supply of ventilation and temperature control systems for a large-scale intelligent aluminum profile production line in Russia. Tailored to the local demanding production conditions of aluminum profile extrusion, heat treatment, and surface treatment, we customized and self-developed centrifugal and high-temperature fan series to provide core ventilation guarantee for stable, efficient, and safe operation of the entire line, helping the overseas aluminum profile manufacturing industry improve quality, boost efficiency, save energy, and maintain stable output.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the entire line achieved 24-hour uninterrupted operation, with a comprehensive stability rate of over 99.8%; the overall product yield rate increased from 93.5% before the upgrade to 98.6%. The project effectively reduced scrap losses and rework costs, while directly reducing the annual equipment operation and maintenance costs by over 40%, significantly lowering the customer's future investments in manual maintenance and equipment replacement.
