Project Description：The project provided supporting ventilation and temperature control equipment for a dedicated rail transit equipment coating line in Russia. Our centrifugal and high-temperature fans perfectly matched the process rhythm and conditions of the Russian line. They stably performed their core functions like ventilation, high-temperature circulation, and exhaust treatment, effectively raising the line's automation and standardization levels. The project significantly reduced defect rates and production energy consumption, helping the Russian rail equipment coating line achieve upgrade goals of quality improvement, efficiency increase, cost reduction, and environmental sustainability.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the yield rate of finished painted products increased from 87.2% before the upgrade to 99.5%, with single rework rate cut by 92%, resolving the problem of batch-level paint rework; the drying and curing time for a single batch of rail components was reduced by 18%, and the production line's daily effective operating time increased by 12%; the capacity utilization rate of the entire production line increased from 83% to over 95%, meeting the Russian customer's demand for mass production orders of rail equipment.
